DIY Cardboard Apples

If you want to create a simple but elegant atmosphere on the festive table, add the names of guests to these custom accessories made ​​of cardboard.

You can use cardboard boxes that have not yet thrown in the garbage bin. You can create different shapes, such as apple or pear. The project does not require much time and money because it is made out of cardboard, twine and a few tree branches. You will also need scissors, big needle, pencil, awl and compass.

Step 1 Use the compasses to draw the circles. Then cut out the circles and arrange them in the desired shape.

Step 2 To make an apple put two or three small circles on the bottom and gradually increase the size of the circles and on the top place again two or three smaller items. To make a pear put two or three small circles on the bottom, then put two or three larger items and gradually decrease the size of the circles.

Step 3 Use the awl to make a hole in the center of the circles. You can enlarge the hole - is shall be large enough the needle to pass trough it.

Step 4 Use the needle and the twine to sew through the hole and create the gourd’s “ribs” by wrapping the twine around the stack and through the hole again. Continue to sew and wrap until you have come full circle, leaving equal space between each wrap.

Step 5 Push a twig and tie a labeled ribbon
