Easter bunnies , colored eggs hidden in the grass, cheerful kids who run around the yard and yell "I found an egg, I found an egg." You have seen at least once such a movie and you are probably wondering where the Easter bunny comes from. This tradition is popular in western Europe. A long time ago the Easter bunny was a bird that belonged to the goddess of spring Eostre. The holiday is named after her. One day Eostre decided to turn the bird into a rabbit. Though it had long ears and hair, the rabbit continued to lay eggs in the garden. The Anglo-Saxons sacrificed rabbits in the name of Eostre. They also organized ritual rabbit hunting during the spring festivals in honor of the goddess. And so, the spring is coming...   I love the spring and the spring holidays. One of my favorite holidays is Easter . To decorate your home for Easter could be so much fun for you and your family. Let you kids help you with the easter crafts - I beleive they will love it!   So, I have decided to propose you some ideas for easter crafts . Here are  diy ideas from Marie Claire idees.     This craft idea is very simple. You will need some decoupage paper, powder glue and baloons. Prepare the glue according the instructions.  Inflate the baloons. Cut the paper in squares 10x10cm. Put the paper in the glue. Place the sheets of paper on the baloons as they overlap. Reapeatit until you cover the baloon with a dozen sheets of paper. Wait 2-3 days to dry. Remove the baloon. You can use a styrofoam ring as a base. Notice that you cannot use it as a vase unless you put a vase or glass in it.   If you are interested in this...
